- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 2 cups chocolate milk

Method
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate milk until combined. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until smooth and uniform — fold gently so you don't deflate the whipped topping. Pour into a 9x13 pan or a large freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 5-6 hours, or overnight.
When you're ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into cups or bowls. It should be thick and spoonable — that classic Frosty texture where it's too thick for a straw but too soft for a cone.
