Ingredients  

  • 4 bone-in
  • skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat thighs dry (essential for crispy skin). Rub with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip skin-side up and cook 12-15 more minutes until skin is golden and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes.
